This database allows searching metabolites and chemical compounds based on mass, formula, annotation and other conditions. It is very useful for proteomics and metabolomics studies.
The database collects over 20,000 metabolites/chemical compounds. The information includes Name, Formula, Mass, Mass Diff, RT and more. Most records are linked to CAS, METLIN, KEGG, HMP, LMP, and other databases. Users can also add their own compounds or notes.
